Visa Information for International Travelers:

Travelers from certain countries are required to obtain an entry visa to Canada.  The current list, as well as procedures to obtain an appropriate visa, can be found at the Government of Canada's Citizenship and Immigration website.

 

How to get there:

The closest airport to Banff is the Calgary International Airport in Calgary, Alberta.

The two easiest ways to get to the Banff Centre from Calgary International Airport are via rental car or shuttle.  Most major car rental companies operate at the airport.  You can follow this link in order to find directions to Banff and the Banff Centre.

 

The Banff Airporter shuttle provides shuttle service from Calgary International Airport to several locations in Banff, including the Banff Centre.  It offers 12 departures daily in each direction, with minimal wait times at the airport.
